You can travel by plane or ferry. It is possible to book ferries: with Speedferries.com  Dover - Boulogne and Portsmouth to St Malo or Caen. Planes fly from Birmingham to La Rochelle (Flybe); Manchester  and Gatwick to Nantes (British Airways)

With a Hire car it will take approximately 1hr from Nantes or La Rochelle.airport to the apartment.

It is located off the promenade roundabout on the boundary between Les Sables d'Olonne and Chateau d'Olonne. Travelling south from the centre of Les Sables at this roundabout proceed straight on for 10 metres and turn left before the Beau Rivage restaurant. Then turn first right for 20 metres with another left turn - proceed for 20 metres turn right again and Le Peruse is a further 10 metres on the left.
